The first months’ rent on all our agreements is due the day the tenancy starts and then the 1st of every month going forward on our longer contracts.

For an extra charge you can also book our on-site meeting room for things like client meetings and training seminars.

Cancellation Policy:

Rental Contracts:
7-Day free cancellation period from the point the contract is signed in case you change your mind.
If you choose our month-long rental of a private office, we require 14 days’ notice if you plan to terminate your rental agreement.
Any of our agreements 3 months or above we require 28 days’ notice.
We require all long-term agreements to be cancelled in writing either via a letter delivered to our office or in the form of an email.

Short Term bookings:
Full refund of fees for cancellation up to 7 days prior to the booking, 50% refund of fees for cancellation up to 24hours prior to the booking.
Short term bookings can be cancelled over the phone or in writing.

For bookings for a week or less, we require at least 2 days’ notice of cancellation.
For bookings for 2 weeks, we require at least a week’s notice of cancellation.
For bookings for a month, we require at least 2 weeks’ notice of cancellation.
For bookings for 3 months, we require at least a month’s notice of cancellation.
For bookings for 6 months or more, we require at least 2 months’ notice of cancellation.

These cancellations must be followed otherwise your deposit refund will be affected.
