Our hot-desk workspaces are ideal for networking with people/businesses based in Sheffield which can help with making contacts that can help boost your business, you will also have access to a private meeting room and a Photography Studio (for a fee) which are both onsite.

These workspaces are located at a professional office space in Sheffield with reception staff who are readily available to help with any requirements.

Prices:

£20 /hour
£35 /day
£150 /week – Deposit: £75
£200 /2 weeks – Deposit: £100
£320 /month – Deposit: £160
£290 /month for 3 months – Deposit: £580
£240 /month for 6 months – Deposit: £480
£220 /month for 12 months – Deposit: £440

The first months’ rent on all our agreements is due the day the tenancy starts and then the 1^st of every month going forward on our longer contracts.

For an extra charge you can also book our on-site meeting room for things like client meetings and training seminars.

Cancellation Policy:

For bookings for a week or less, we require at least 2 days’ notice of cancellation.
For bookings for 2 weeks, we require at least a week’s notice of cancellation.
For bookings for a month, we require at least 2 weeks’ notice of cancellation.
For bookings for 3 months, we require at least a month’s notice of cancellation.
For bookings for 6 months or more, we require at least 2 months’ notice of cancellation.

These cancellations must be followed otherwise your deposit refund will be affected.
